Business Systems Manager

• G&A Systems Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for Spreedly's core G&A business systems (e.g., billing, ERP, HRIS, legal/contract tools), ensuring they are stable, well-governed, and aligned with company priorities. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, People Operations, Legal, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to understand current pain points, gather requirements, and define an ideal future-state for our business systems. • End-to-End Process Design: Map, design, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows (e.g., quote-to-cash, hire-to-retire) across multiple systems, ensuring solutions are intuitive and effective for end users. • Automation & Optimization: Identify manual, error‑prone processes and drive automation and optimization across the G&A digital ecosystem to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve data quality. • Systems Configuration & Implementation: Configure, maintain, and, where needed, help implement or migrate key tools (such as billing, ERP, and HRIS), translating business requirements into scalable, well-documented system configurations. • Cross-System Data Flow & Governance: Ensure data flows cleanly and reliably between systems (for example, Salesforce → billing → ERP → HRIS), establishing standards and governance that support accurate reporting and auditability. • Roadmapping & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for G&A systems improvements, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, risk reduction, and stakeholder needs. • Change Management & Enablement: Lead change management for system and process updates, including communication, training, and documentation, so that end users adopt new capabilities successfully and with minimal disruption.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Systems, Finance Operations, RevOps Systems, or Process Automation within a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Orb, Maxio, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and financial data flows.
  • Experience working with CRM-adjacent systems and integrations (Salesforce familiarity preferred).
  • Exposure to HRIS and contract management tools (e.g., Rippling, Ironclad, or similar).
  • Technical aptitude with system integrations, APIs, or workflow automation tools.
  • Self-starter who can execute independently without heavy hand-holding.
  • Efficient collaborator who actively seeks stakeholder input and avoids operating in silos.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom out and make strategic system design decisions.
  • Comfortable prioritizing what matters most and saying “not now” when appropriate.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical users.

Role Description The Manager, Investments supports the production and ongoing management of investment-related deliverables for the Company’s institutional businesses, including Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Funding Agreement Backed Notes (FABN), and the offshore reinsurance platform.
