The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical-minded advisor with prior experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulation. This is a great opportunity to take the lead in developing new processes and enhancing current processes while collaborating with internal partners to strive for “Outstanding” performance. What you’ll do: - Under the support of the CRA Officer you will be leading the Bank’s CRA Quality Assurance & Data Reporting function inclusive of the following: - Oversee the Bank’s Small Business loan review process for CRA Consideration - Monitoring and testing of CRA-Eligible Personal Loans - Manage regulatory updates, inclusive of the CRA Disclosure Annual Filing (Small Business Regulatory Reporting) and CRA Public File updates - Review for CRA consideration other activities as needed to ensure the Bank is meeting its CRA Strategic Plan measurable goals while ensuring adherence to the Bank’s policies and controls - Volunteer within the Bank’s Assessment Areas to ensure measurable goals are met - Other activities as Enhance the current volunteerism system and CD service review process - CRA Program Support - Exam and Audit Management - Respond to Public File requests and CRA related complaints - Create and/or present CRA materials for employees - Support in the development of the annual and Exam Self Assessments What you’ll need: - 8+ years of CRA Experience; inclusive of loan, investments, contributions and services reviews for CRA consideration - Experience in audit, compliance or, risk management in relation to CRA - Experience with creation of policies and procedures - Experience with CRA Disclosure Annual Filings and Familiarity with the 1071 Ruling - Advanced technical expertise (Excel, Tableau, CRA Reporting Systems) - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - High-level of initiative to push for excellence and results while maintaining a high level of data integrity - Ability to create, innovate and enhance current processes for further automation - Demonstrated ability to self-motivate - Comfort with working in a remote environment, the ambiguity of changing priorities and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast paced environment - Teamwork makes the dreamwork mentality - Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time Nice to have: - Located within Salt Lake City, Utah or Sacramento, California - Experience with updating the CRA Public File - Experience working with the Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC) - Product Owner experience on a CRA Reporting System - Possess a growth mindset (to problem solve and innovate) Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below.
