The ESR Advance Facility Analyst l, will be responsible for reconciling and reporting the service fees, advances and recovery activity of basic servicing portfolios to internal and external parties. The target pay range for this position is $25.00 - $ 35.00 an hour. What you'll do: • Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel, for internal and external use. • Analyze results to ensure accuracy satisfying all requirements of investor guidelines • Prepare timely remittances adhering to agency and investor guidelines. • Reconcile bank account recovery activity of PI, Corporate, Escrow advances and service fee applicable to agency requirements while adhering to Reg. AB standards. • Prepare and/or process advance facility transfers, wires, funding and repay requests. • Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need: • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required, Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred. • A minimum of one (1) year of Advance Facility or Investor Reporting experience. • Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) with a focus on performance and sales growth. • Manage media budget, monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA and conversion. • Perform continuous data analysis to identify opportunities for scaling and optimization. • Design and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences and campaign strategies. • Develop full-funnel strategies (acquisition, remarketing and retention). • Implement and monitor events, tags and conversions using GA4 and GTM. • Collaborate with e-commerce, CRM and creative teams to align campaigns and product launches. • Prepare reports and presentations with strategic insights and improvement recommendations. • Stay on top of digital media trends and propose new growth opportunities.
