Account Manager
ICS AI Ltd
• Manage existing accounts within ICS.AI as single point of commercial contact • Coordinate with delivery team for change requests and new phases of contracts • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans for each account • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager attending Service Reviews • Facilitate timely renewal of accounts • Own all commercial actions for customer satisfaction and growth • Bring in new business sellers for expansion opportunities • Collaborate with partner account teams to leverage activities
Job Requirements
- Strategic account management experience (4 years)
- Commercial awareness to identify opportunities
- Relationship building skills to serve as trusted advisor
- Collaborative approach with Customer Success and delivery teams
- Market insight to understand customer landscapes
- Communication excellence for meetings and presentations
- Technology proficiency including experience with generative AI tools
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (desired)
