Implementation Specialist – 340B Compliance and Optimization Software
The Alinea Group
• Lead full lifecycle implementation of AlineaOne software from kickoff through go-live • Develop and manage detailed implementation workplans and timelines • Conduct weekly client touchpoint meetings to track progress and address open items • Coordinate internal Alinea resources and cross-functional stakeholders • Define and communicate data specifications required for system configuration • Review, validate, and troubleshoot incoming client data files • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper system setup and configuration • Ensure documentation and compliance workflows are properly structured within the platform • Serve as primary point of contact during implementation phase • Provide training sessions and walkthroughs for client users • Manage expectations and ensure clear communication of milestones and deliverables • Escalate risks and proactively mitigate implementation challenges • Lead go-live planning and execution • Confirm system readiness and client confidence prior to launch • Conduct structured handoff to Account Management team with full documentation of implementation status
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, SaaS onboarding, or healthcare project management
- Working knowledge of 340B program operations
- Experience leading structured client meetings and managing implementation timelines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with healthcare data files (Excel, CSV, claims data, purchasing data, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree a plus
- 3+ years of 340B program experience preferred
- Experience with 340B TPA systems, audit processes, or pharmacy operations preferred
- Experience implementing compliance or regulatory-focused software preferred
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not required)
- Pharmacy operations experience preferred
- Completion of Apexus 340B University coursework preferred
