Role Description Cadence Health seeks a Care Delivery Operations Lead to design, build, and scale the operating systems that power our RN workflows across Cadence programs. This leader architects the infrastructure that enables clinical teams to execute at scale. - Design and own the RPM care delivery operating model, including triage structure and coverage frameworks. - Build capacity planning and workforce forecasting models aligned to patient growth and acuity. - Define SLA standards, productivity benchmarks, and performance metrics in partnership with Clinical Leadership. - Develop KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure that drive transparency and accountability. - Architect standardized workflows and documentation frameworks across triage operations. - Design scalable operational playbooks to support expansion into new markets and conditions. - Partner with Product and Engineering to define automation strategy and workflow enhancements. - Implement system-level improvements that increase throughput without compromising quality. - Establish governance structures to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and protocol adherence. - Identify long-term operational risks and proactively design mitigation strategies. - Translate growth targets into durable operational infrastructure. - Build leadership enablement frameworks that support execution.
