• Administer product development across client workstreams • Communicate product vision and requirements • Produce business requirements documents, product backlogs, process flows, and user flows • Partner with Project Manager/Scrum Lead to drive various Agile Ceremonies • Develop system architecture diagrams for eCommerce upstream and downstream integrations • Curate client communications and serve as a counterpart to a larger scrum team

• Conduct requirements analysis with exceptional attention to detail. • Facilitate discussions with VA business owners and technical teams. • Prepare process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Support User acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage. • Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes.

• Design and conduct deep-dive analysis across multiple datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities for healthcare process improvement. • Build and maintain detailed workflows, data models, and use cases for all analytics performed. • Facilitate workshops to prioritize business needs and deliver compelling presentations that translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations. • Assist in the design and implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring they meet both business goals and strict regulatory requirements. • Evaluate the long-term effectiveness of implemented solutions and pivot strategies based on data-driven results.
