Inside Sales Representative
Allegion
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Assist in proposal preparations, quotes, and presentations • Conduct market research to gather information on competitors • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders • Assist in onboarding new customers • Provide training and support to customers • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months of demonstrated successful experience in a B2B sales role
- High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Marketing degree preferred
- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Proficiency with a CRM system, Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency using a PC, including a spreadsheet program
- Motivated and self-directed, with the ability to appreciate and meet aggressive goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
