Site Engagement Lead
Structure Networks, Inc.
• Support the design and execution of patient recruitment, collaborating with study teams to identify the target population and support outreach strategies across the trials. • Develop and implement study plans for recruitment and retention. • Develop and implement educational plans and tools for sites to aid in protocol execution and participant safety. • Building and maintaining relationships with sites, CROs, and vendors that support trial recruitment and retention efforts. • Extend the company connection to advocacy groups and other organizations that support recruitment and retention in clinical trials. • Conduct market research to understand patient needs and barriers to participation in clinical trials and using this information to plan adequate recruitment/retention strategies. • Create Site and Participant facing documents/materials that define direction and support of recruitment and/or retention.
Job Requirements
- NP-C/PA-C/BSN/Master of Science preferred with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (includes Site, SMO, CRO, and/or Sponsor)
- Studies in Dietetics or Nutrition, along with experience in chronic weight management with GLP1s is a plus
- Deep understanding of the clinical trial process and the ability to develop and implement successful recruitment and retention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in understanding trial metrics, analyzing trends and adjusting to meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Capable of managing multiple timelines while working with cross-functional groups

• Complete detailed assessments that are accurate to the field conditions presented. • Accurately record data using correct standards such that the resulting analysis is clear and easily understood by office-based project personnel. • Communicate with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection procedures. • Utilize smartphones and/or tablets to collect and document relevant data accurately and efficiently. • Utilize GPS software and/or geospatial coordinates to navigate the assigned territory and client sites. • Correctly identify items to be documented in the field with minimal supervisory assistance. • Meets production targets and understands the importance of project deliverables and milestones. • Consistently follow safety protocols and participate in all safety initiatives. • Willingness to assist in power restoration efforts in natural disaster events. • Overnight travel may be required periodically.
• Provides integrated project management support and oversight to control the master schedule for IT projects of large scope and high complexity. • Works closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules. • Expected to work with program and project managers to capture all efforts, link and sequence efforts, assign resources to activities, establish duration of activities, conduct schedule risk analysis, update status and progress of projects, and maintain the baselines. • Strong MS Project and Project Server experience is required. • Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure accountability and proactive issue identification among project managers. • Track, analyze, and report critical path analysis, metrics, schedule and task status accurately to allow project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports. • Facilitate risk mitigation and issue management through detailed schedule analysis.
