• Develop tools, processes, and approaches to manage a portfolio of public safety software deployments. • Coordinate internal teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party resources to drive implementation success. • Work cross-functionally to ensure each team delivers on project-specific responsibilities. • Manage scope, schedule, and financials to ensure deployments stay on track and within budget. • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to monitor deliverables, track risks, and report progress. • Establish and execute mitigation plans to proactively address potential challenges. • Contribute to the standardization of PM tools and processes for use across multiple deployments. • Collaborate closely with agency leadership and internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and support the installation and maintenance of capital equipment machinery • Stay abreast of new technology and work as an intermediary between Customer Service Teams and the Sales Department • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure project lifecycle support • Review customer specifications and resolve issues with internal departments and customers • Ensure project documentation requirements are fulfilled • Stay current in new technologies with a focus on complex equipment and assist in training Field Service Technicians

Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing multiple, concurrent automation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role develops and manages project plans, designates project resources and prepares budgets, and monitors project status. The Project Manager II identifies and troubleshoots issues and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the implementation of the project. - Oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. - Organizes and oversees the staffing of the project. - Ensures the engineering integrity of systems such that the contractual specifications are met with respect to system functionality, productivity, reliability, quality, and safety. - Maintains and regularly updates project schedule, open items list, and risk register. - Manages project budget and forecasting of costs. - Proactively identifies potential over-runs and develops mitigation plan to minimize negative impact to project. - Coordinates with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing for material requisitions and equipment deliveries to meet project milestones. - Monitors progress against milestones, budget guidelines, and other performance indicators. - Balances concurrent assignments as Project Manager, managing responsibilities such as developing bid packages, evaluating bids, processing POs, and monitoring vendors. - Assists with the selection of vendors and manages all activities regarding external consultants and vendors. - Keeps management informed of ongoing issues and potential concerns that may be escalated by the customer. - Maintains comprehensive and complete documentation of situations that can lead to claims against TGW. - Performs additional duties as required. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical systems experience. - Four (4) to six (6) years of technical systems and project management experience, preferably in material-handling industry. Requirements - Approximately 60% of domestic and international travel as required. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including the UK, Europe and Canada. - Strong background in engineering automation industry. - System-level working knowledge of Mechanical, PLC Controls, and Software Engineering. - Demonstrated experience leading and managing project teams. - Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). - Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences. - Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or other recognized methodologies) preferred. - Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time. - Ability to go to site frequently and move safely around industrial and/or warehouse environment. - Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds at a time. - Ability to operate computers, tablets, phones, and other electronic devices. - Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis. - Ability to tolerate exposure to job site temperature fluctuations due to seasonal weather in geographic region. - This position may require work at TGW customer sites. TGW's customers may require background checks before accessing their sites.
