Marketing Coordinator

• Drive registration for events through digital, social, partner/association channels, and more; work independently and in collaboration with the event marketing, sales and leadership teams • Support marketing team with event and content messaging including email and social media • Track, optimize and report on results for marketing initiatives; understand and self-motivate to work toward event registration/attendance/sponsorship/revenue goals • Maintain event websites; work independently and in collaboration with event marketing, operations, sales and leadership teams • Maintain the social media accounts for each event and publication within the group/as assigned. Proactively create content and use available resources to drive event registrations. • Help curate onsite experience(s) by actively contributing to teams that design and implement sponsorship opportunities, signage, activations and more. • Become an expert on the event and media product audiences and collaborate as necessary event marketing teams to define personas and effectively target. • Demonstrate continued curiosity in the Life Sciences & Healthcare vertical. • Immerse yourself in the content, become intimately understanding of the audience, build relationships internally and be willing offer ideas within cross functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly motivated team player with solid project management skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, event support, or client/customer-facing roles.
  • Ad agency, events, or media industry experience.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Experience with Omeda (email deployment) or similar marketing technologies (e.g., MailChimp, Eloqua, ActiveCampaign).
  • Experience using generative AI and AI-powered marketing platforms for ideation, drafting, optimization, and personalization of campaigns.
