Job title: Global Account Director – ICT (Information & Communications Technology) Location: United States (Remote - West Coast preferred) About the role BSI is seeking a Global Account Director to manage strategic relationships with leading technology and ICT organizations. This role will focus on growing global partnerships with 4 to 6 defined companies operating across digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology services. You will work with global technology leaders to help them strengthen resilience, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational performance through BSI’s portfolio of services. As the senior strategic contact for your accounts, you will lead global virtual teams and engage with executive stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities - Map Board and Executive Level priorities and hold executive level conversations to surface unconsidered needs to develop and deliver strategic account plans for global ICT clients. - Build executive-level relationships across technology and digital organizations. - Orchestrate the virtual account across divisions/regions, align ABM and partner motions, manage MSA/impartiality, enable smooth commercial to operations handoff, and drive cross‑portfolio growth and renewals; differentiate with a clear value and build consensus across the buying group - Coordinate global sales teams across divisions and regions. - Identify new contacts and growth opportunities across BSI’s solutions portfolio. - Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities and negotiations. - Lead with a quantified value hypothesis tied to the client’s metrics (revenue, risk, cost), quantify cost of inaction, and align the business case to investment horizons, using insight‑led storytelling and executive‑level visuals. - Drive innovation partnerships and new service opportunities. - Ensure strong client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. What we’re looking for - Significant experience managing large enterprise accounts in the ICT or technology sector. - Understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, or technology compliance frameworks. - Excels at proactively seeking out new business opportunities, leveraging advanced business development skills to identify and engage potential clients within a targeted portfolio of accounts. Consistently demonstrates initiative in expanding networks, uncovering prospects, and cultivating valuable relationships that drive growth and open doors to new opportunities. - Able to confidently sell a wide range of products and services without requiring deep technical expertise, demonstrating versatility by covering BSI’s offerings extensively, while focusing on broad, strategic engagement rather than detailed technical knowledge. - Proven ability to grow global strategic accounts. - Strong consultative sales approach with experience managing complex deals. - Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business leaders. - Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
