• Architect and oversee enterprise-level server and infrastructure environments. • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Windows/Linux/Unix servers. • Ensure core ISP services are highly available, redundant, and automated. • Collaborate with senior network and engineering teams on large infrastructure projects. • Develop advanced automation and orchestration frameworks. • Oversee vulnerability management programs, incident response, and compliance. • Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex issues. • Manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. • Drive innovation and strategic improvements. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level administrators. • Maintain executive-level documentation and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Senior-level certifications such as RHCE, MCSE, CCNP/CCIE, or VCP
- 8+ years of Server or Networking experience
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, ISP network architecture, and core protocols
- Mastery of managing and troubleshooting servers through shell commands and scripting
- Expert level skills in diagnosing complex technical problems
- Automation mindset with solid scripting experience
- Security-first approach with experience in vulnerability management
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging ISP technologies
