• Own and lead CG Oncology’s clinical, quality, and regulatory enterprise systems (eTMF, CTMS, EDC, IRT, QMS, Veeva QualityDocs & Training, RIM Vault) • Ensure systems are inspection-ready, compliant, and adopted across global Phase I–III trials • Act as the business owner for systems strategy, validation oversight, continuous improvement, and user enablement • Partner with CROs and vendors to ensure data quality, timelines, and budget discipline • Play a visible role in regulatory inspections, audits, and submissions • Help shape how systems scale as CG Oncology grows its pipeline

• Own day-to-day administration and optimization of core GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, revenue/billing tools) • Own system configuration, change management, and release processes to ensure reliability and minimize business disruption • Establish and enforce data governance, system standards, and best practices across GTM tools • Support the definition and maintenance of key GTM metrics, fields, and data models • Analyze existing GTM processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency • Balance flexibility for the business with the need for system discipline and long-term scalability • Act as a trusted partner for leaders by translating business strategy into system architecture and workflows

• Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), including: • User and group management • Organizational Units (OUs) • Group Policies (GPOs) • Access rights and permissions • Manage user access and permissions across systems, applications, and network resources following the principle of least privilege • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Administer Google Workspace (Google Admin Console): • User and group management • Security settings and access controls • Email, Drive, and application permissions • Implement and enforce password policies and security controls, including: • Password complexity and rotation policies • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Account lockout policies • Monitor system access and security logs; identify and respond to potential security risks • Ensure compliance with internal security standards and IT best practices • Troubleshoot access, authentication, and permission-related issues • Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve infrastructure security and reliability

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Providers, Finance, and Member Services. • Own administration and user support for related GTM systems (e.g., CS platforms, ticketing systems, billing tools, or customer engagement platforms). • Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support team performance and decision-making. • Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts. • Implement process automation and system workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other relevant tools. • Maintain data integrity across systems through imports, deduplication, and ongoing audits. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations. • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, system errors, and integration gaps. • Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date. • Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools.
