Role Description The Associate, Implementation Project Manager supports all elements of practice and end-user implementations for DrFirst products across standalone, enterprise, and partner client types. This role works directly with clients to verify that each implementation is functioning properly, enabling successful configurations and go-lives. - Host customer-facing meetings following standardized project methodology. - Manage project plans and handle client requests through a ticketing system. - Execute configuration tasks and maintain clear communication throughout every implementation. - Enable PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) integrations for all customer types. - Provide instructions, track status updates, enable credentials, triage requests, and troubleshoot post-implementation issues. Qualifications - Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of ambulatory and inpatient healthcare work environments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. - Ability to create documentation, process guides, and reference materials. - Basic understanding of technical and registration terminology. - Proficiency sorting and analyzing data in Excel. - Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare IT, implementation coordination, or project management. - Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms. - Exposure to PDMP programs, EHR workflows, or e-prescribing systems. - Experience in a client-facing or customer success role. Requirements - 95% Desk and phone work. - Less than 5% travel to industry events and annual team onsite. Benefits - Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience). - Eligible for Discretionary Performance-based Bonus Program. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401K eligible after 3 months of employment, with 50% company match up to the first 5% of salary contributed to the plan with a 3-year vesting schedule. - HSA for eligible employees enrolled in the HDHP, with a generous company contribution up to $500 for individual coverage and $1,000 for family coverage per year. - 100% company paid short and long-term disability, AD&D, and group life insurance. - Accrued annual paid time off (PTO) of 18 days for the first 3 years of service, increasing thereafter, and 7 paid holiday days. - Employee Assistance Program. - Continuing Education funds up to $1,500 annually for eligible programs after 1 year of service. - Voluntary benefits including FSA, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness insurances.
