• The Solutions Architect - Azure will provide customer-facing services to our customers to help them define and oversee cloud-based initiatives. • Responsible for helping strategize, architect, and implement various solutions that support SHI customer’s move to the Public Cloud. • Design and implement enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing, analyzing system requirements and ensuring that systems are securely integrated with current applications. • Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives. • Collaborate with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.

• Own the technical relationship with prospects through pre‑sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win • Post‑sales support when needed • Demo the Coder platform from both the developer and administrator personas • Install Coder on cloud and on‑prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure • Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value and accelerate deals • Evolve into a subject‑matter expert on Cloud Development Environments and their business impact • Serve as the customer’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product • Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories • Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components • Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation

• Develop and implement solutions around NBCU’s digital advertising ecosystem across NBCU's portfolio, including defining integration requirements for the ad decision and ads-stitching servers, and coordinating with Product Owner and Integration stakeholders • Design and define technical requirements for new and innovative linear and non-linear ads features, including transcoding and SCTE-35 requirements, through the close collaboration with end-to-end architecture and Integration stakeholders • Deep dive and onboard new ad supply features, directly identify and solution for any limitations and risks, and determine how technical details align to support user stories and capabilities of broader NBCU ad sales portfolio • Design test plans, QA flows, and certification processes for the successfully delivery of new ads features • Serve as a technical SME on SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion), CSAI (Client-Side Ad Insertion), ad serving systems, metadata ingestion, and VOD/linear/live ad workflows across Web, mobile and CTV streaming products • Work with the Supply Capabilities Product Owner and the Ad Integration team to hand off product architecture and ad integration blueprints to operationalize testing and sign-off

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions architects, developers, and product managers • Own the Media Management and Operations GCP platform, establishing architecture standards • Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) sessions and gate major technical designs • Act as a key partner to stakeholders and product owners • Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for content management and new technology platforms • Support and present in executive briefings and lead technical deep-dive sessions for both internal and external audiences
