• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to drive new business and expand existing relationships Institutions and protocol customers. • Build deep, trust-based relationships with founders, core teams, senior executives, and key decision-makers by understanding their goals, workflows, and challenges. • Act as a trusted, solution-oriented advisor, tailoring Messari’s research, data, and SaaS offerings to meet customer needs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent value delivery, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. • Navigate complex buying environments, including decentralized governance forums, enterprise procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Research teams to structure proposals, support integrations, and deliver best-in-class solutions. • Collect, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback clearly and effectively to inform product roadmap and strategic priorities. • Represent Messari at industry conferences, events, and client meetings globally to build pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and stay close to market trends. • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales or business development at a technology, fintech, professional services, or crypto company.
- Proven track record of owning full sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota, ideally in complex or high-value deal environments.
- Strongly customer-obsessed, with a natural ability to build trust and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with founders, protocol contributors, executives, and senior stakeholders across diverse organizations.
- Clear, confident communicator who can articulate complex ideas, products, and data both internally and externally.
- Highly organized and disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about crypto/Web3, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics, protocols, and key players.

The Client Engagement Executive ultimately owns the client relationship and will identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity. Although this role is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, the Client Engagement Executive is expected to work cross-functionally with various teams across Ensono, to include Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering, to grow existing Ensono client accounts.
