• Provide overall project oversight for electric transmission, distribution and substation infrastructure projects. • Lead coordination and performance monitoring across project teams. • Manage project plans, program budgets, schedule, resource planning, and portfolio risk mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align project priorities and resolve escalated issues. • Acts as a utilities subject matter expert while supporting and driving regional business development initiatives. • Identify, monitor, and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and monitors progress to ensure project milestones are met. • Track and report on key metrics such as cost, schedule performance, and project readiness. • Develops and maintains accurate documentation, including program procedural documents and project specific documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. • Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and mitigate wildfire risk. • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings. • Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulatory mandates, and public safety requirements.

• Lead one or multiple medium–to–large, high‑complexity projects, or manage a major function within a larger program, delivering end‑to‑end outcomes. • Create or review project initiation documents, define delivery approaches, establish success criteria, and support internal program governance and reviews. • Deliver projects within agreed budget, scope, and timelines—managing risks and issues, ensuring quality standards, applying appropriate delivery methodologies, facilitating workshops and meetings, gathering requirements, producing, or supporting documentation, resolving team conflicts, and coordinating integrations and dependencies. • Remain closely engaged with technical details and delivery, including the gathering and management of functional requirements. • Develop and execute communication plans, lead key meetings and forums, set up project infrastructure for information sharing, and engage senior stakeholders—both internal and external. • Develop or contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts, track financial performance, and proactively manage issues and changes in alignment with the account lead. • Contribute to delivery practice improvements and broader CSG initiatives, while mentoring and collaborating with less experienced project managers.

• Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of security remediation projects, ensuring alignment with Wells Fargo standards, client objectives, and JLL best practices. • Assist in developing project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, including minor renovations and security upgrades. • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites, including scheduling, vendor engagement, and resource allocation. • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies. • Assist with project financial management, including tracking expenses, monitoring accounts receivable, and supporting financial reporting. • Coordinate and manage Vendor RFP processes, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent electronic file management. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal teams and client-facing meetings.

• Manage Cx projects inclusive of Greenfield builds, existing facility expansions, and restorations, with projects ranging in size from 1MW – 25MW+. • Possess strong fluency with the mission critical commissioning processes and deliverables covered in ASHRAE commissioning requirements and guidelines. • Expertise in planning and executing quality assessment of electrical and/or mechanical equipment/systems installation, system startup and pre-functional inspections, acceptance testing and associated commissioning activities. • Demonstrated successful experience coordinating directly with General Contractors, sub-contractors, inspectors, AHJs, Engineer of Record, and other stakeholders involved with the project execution for small, medium and large-scale critical facility construction and commissioning projects. • Manage all facets of Commissioning related projects by providing exceptional technical and project management services. • Liaise with internal team members, outside consultants and contractors to lead cross functional teams on data center or mission critical commissioning projects.
