• Lead one or multiple medium–to–large, high‑complexity projects, or manage a major function within a larger program, delivering end‑to‑end outcomes. • Create or review project initiation documents, define delivery approaches, establish success criteria, and support internal program governance and reviews. • Deliver projects within agreed budget, scope, and timelines—managing risks and issues, ensuring quality standards, applying appropriate delivery methodologies, facilitating workshops and meetings, gathering requirements, producing, or supporting documentation, resolving team conflicts, and coordinating integrations and dependencies. • Remain closely engaged with technical details and delivery, including the gathering and management of functional requirements. • Develop and execute communication plans, lead key meetings and forums, set up project infrastructure for information sharing, and engage senior stakeholders—both internal and external. • Develop or contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts, track financial performance, and proactively manage issues and changes in alignment with the account lead. • Contribute to delivery practice improvements and broader CSG initiatives, while mentoring and collaborating with less experienced project managers.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of project management experience within reputable consulting or professional services organizations.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in IT, Telecommunications, or wholesale/reseller business environments, Banking.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, industry dynamics, and the impact of business or market changes—along with deep knowledge of the client’s industry.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and provide strategic guidance or consultancy when required.
  • Proven capability to manage project plans and implementation activities concurrently.
  • Advanced project management skills to plan, monitor, and track delivery against defined KPIs.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, assess, and resolve complex issues.

This role will lead and deliver enterprise systems projects—such as system upgrades, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and integrated systems—to improve reliability, security, scalability, and overall user experience. This role resides in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), but interacts with key stakeholders across the Firm.
