Qode

Qode is a unified hiring platform designed for enterprise scale, centralizing the entire hiring lifecycle in one environment. Key features include: Candidate sourcing and outreach. AI-led interviews in 30+ languages. Applicant tracking and job distribution to 200+ platforms. Outcome-based pricing: clients pay for results, not software seats. 800M+ candidate profiles indexed. 200,000+ applicants processed per month. 56+ enterprise clients worldwide.

Head of Go-To-Market, United States Remote (New York or San Francisco)  |  Full-Time  |  Equity + Competitive Cash The Opportunity Recruitment is a $650B global industry still running largely on spreadsheets, gut instinct, and a 44-day average time-to-hire. The process has not fundamentally changed in 30 years. Until now. Qode is a unified hiring platform built for enterprise scale. We centralize the entire hiring lifecycle in one environment, from sourcing and outreach to AI-led interviews and ATS, replacing disconnected tools with a single engine for speed, precision, and scale. We are already operating in the US and are looking to expand our footprint significantly. This is not a role for someone who wants to execute someone else's playbook. This is a role for someone who wants to build it from scratch and own the US GTM motion for an AI company already proving itself in the real world. Why Recruitment Is Ready for Disruption The numbers are hard to ignore: The global AI in HR market is projected to reach $15.24B by 2030, growing at a 24.8% CAGR (Grand View Research). Enterprises report a 75% reduction in time-to-hire after deploying AI-based screening tools. Recruiters using AI automation fill 64% more vacancies than those who don't (Bullhorn). AI recruitment tool adoption grew 68% year-over-year between 2023 and 2024. YC-backed AI recruitment tools like Juicebox have crossed $10M ARR with 20%+ monthly growth and a $36M raise led by Sequoia. The category is validated. Legacy players are retrofitting AI onto decade-old infrastructure. Qode was built AI-native from day one. The window to own this category is open, but not for long. What Qode Does Qode centralizes the entire hiring funnel in one connected platform: candidate sourcing and outreach, AI-led interviews in 30+ languages, applicant tracking, and job distribution to 200+ platforms. Our AI interviewer, Tracy, conducts structured voice and video interviews 24/7 with no scheduling friction. Clients get structured reports covering skills, communication, and cognition, with video, transcript, and integrity detection included. Our philosophy: centralized by default, automated by necessity, unbiased by principle. 800M+ candidate profiles indexed 200,000+ applicants processed per month 56+ enterprise clients worldwide Operating across the US, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and India Outcome-based pricing: clients pay for results, not software seats This is not a pilot or an MVP. It is battle-tested across government agencies, BPO firms, and global tech companies. Clients trust it. Candidates respect it. And the numbers hold up. What Candidates Say (Turing, verified feedback) Some of our strongest validation comes from Turing, one of the world's most rigorous technical hiring platforms. Here is what their candidates said after interviewing with Tracy: “The AI tool was very clear and concise, understood my explanations and built off of my information as she led to the next question. It was calming to have a great speed, clear accent, and enthusiasm, to make the experience feel like I was speaking to a human IRL.”  Turing candidate, rated 5/5 “Surprising how the interview questions dynamically adapted to responses I gave. More human-like than I might have expected.”  Turing candidate, rated 5/5 “It seems the AI was listening more intently than many human interviewers I have had in the past.”  Subject Matter Expert, Turing, rated 5/5 “By using AI, more specific questions were asked by the interviewer as opposed to someone in HR who may not have insight into what you are discussing.”  Subject Matter Expert, Turing, rated 5/5 “I felt like she understood my answers and was able to evolve the conversation in a meaningful way. What a fascinating experience.”  Turing candidate, rated 5/5 The Team Kartick Narayan, Co-founder and CEO Kartick brings 20 years of experience spanning financial analytics, growth marketing, and company building across three continents. He spent six years at Amazon in the Media Group, then moved to Groupon as Director of Computational Marketing, followed by VP of Growth at Coupang in Seoul. He then joined Tiki, Vietnam's leading e-commerce platform, as Chief Business Officer. His most recent venture before Qode was Kilo, a B2B SaaS platform in Vietnam. He holds an MBA from Duke University. He has built companies. He is not learning how startups work. He is doing it again, with a sharper product and a larger market. Sakshi Jawa, Co-founder and COO Sakshi is one of the most operationally experienced people in the room. She has 20+ years of leadership across Amazon, Citibank, Coupang, and Prudential Plc, with deep expertise in scaling tech teams globally, talent management, new country expansion, and compensation design. She founded startupoi, a Singapore-based platform for engineers, and raised $1.7M in seed funding before building Qode alongside Kartick. She is an Asia Women Leader award winner and has lived and worked in Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam. She brings the talent operations credibility that makes Qode's product claims credible to enterprise buyers. The Engineering Team Our engineering team is based in Vietnam, one of the most underrated technical talent markets in the world. Fast, sharp, and product-focused. Low overhead, high output.
