Senior Director, Product Marketing

Lumos

• Own messaging & positioning for Autonomous Identity, across products, solutions, and personas, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation that captures our innovation and is rooted directly in the experience and needs of our customers. • Lead competitive intelligence to succinctly and specifically articulate ‘why Lumos’, while developing the systems and artifacts, including battlecards, win/loss insights, and market POVs, that turn intelligence into impact. • Build and execute processes for product launches, alliance partnerships, new integrations, and more, with the goal of delivering consistency and excellence at scale. • Create content that converts people into believers the future of Autonomous Identity, including sales decks, solution briefs, white papers, and customer stories

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with experience leading or owning PMM at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong background in security, ideally at a fast growing security company
  • Proven strength in messaging, positioning, and narrative development for technical products
  • Experience with solutions marketing and translating product capabilities into buyer value
  • Demonstrated success partnering within marketing and cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Exec teams
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, especially while growing a high performance team
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can simplify complexity without losing meaning
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working in the identity, IAM, IGA, PAM, or adjacent domains
  • Claude Code or Claude Cowork or other similar AI-native tool acumen
  • Track record running analyst relations and influence
  • Customer expansion & adoption marketing, including messaging for post-sale value, upsell, or platform expansion.
