Case Support Analyst – DHS

CACI International Inc

• Support national security and suitability investigations • Serve as subject matter expert on customer policies and procedures • Answer case-related questions via telephone and email • Review field investigations for compliance • Provide guidance to field staff regarding investigation responsibilities • Communicate important case information to the field • Manage daily workload and prioritize tasks

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Current favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
