Commissions Analyst I
Centene Corporation
• processing of all commission related payments, accounting entries and reports for the broker network • performs data reconciliation, research commission related payment • provides assistance to other team members on new accounts and difficult issues • prepares scheduled and month-end reports • provides analytical support by identifying issues with commission payments • reviews month-end reports and performs reconciliations and report balancing • interacts with broker and sales force to provide customer support on commissions/related inquiries • develops and implements training modules for new hires or cross-training efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- minimum four years experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Commissions Payable
- Familiarity or experience working with the following departments: Sales, Marketing, U/W, Membership/Accounting, and Broker Relations

Meet the team: As a Sr. Vendor Management Analyst, you are responsible for supplier performance and relationship management across Dexcom’s strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers. This role ensures continuity of supply, reduces vendor risk, improves vendor performance, maximize value and decreases costs. This position requires independent execution with moderate complexity, and cross-functional collaboration in driving results on quality, delivery, cost and service. Where you come in: - Monitor and report supplier performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving corrective actions - Collaborate and coordinate with Planning & Operations to align on CM build plan through CM S&OP process, monitor CM production/shipment performance and resolve supply issues - Coordinate cross‑functionally with Dexcom’s global factory teams to manage vendor supply and minimize potential disruptions to manufacturing operations - Facilitate CM governance meetings - Support cost reduction and VAVE projects - Assist in supplier readiness for NPI and change management - Support sourcing strategies and contract implementation across CMs - Support supplier risk assessment and implement mitigation plans - Provide reports and briefings at regular intervals regarding performance, potential risks, and mitigations What makes you successful: - Experience in managing supplier relationships - Familiar with S&OP process and MRP - Ability to effectively influence others and manage sensitive situations - Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with a collaborative mindset - Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines - High competency in problem-solving and self-motivated to overcome challenges and obstacles What you’ll get: - A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
