Sales Account Development Manager
CeriFi
• Responsible for calling former customers to win them back in renewing their subscriptions • Reaching out to new prospects for new sales of our CPEdge and LegalEdge products • Average 25 calls per day on assigned Outbound projects • Manage the campaigns assigned to them • Work on periodic account research projects as assigned by the management team • Work with other Sales Account Managers on sales with their assigned accounts • Responsible for securing renewals for our Accounting & Legal products • Helping grow our business when upsell and new opportunities arise by assisting customers or connecting them with their assigned territory rep • Meet or exceed assigned goals for renewals, restarts, winbacks, and whitespace • Place outgoing sales calls, enter customer orders, and update contact information • Answer Inbound Sales queue calls for the CPE & CLE business if needed • Use Revenue Grid to manage campaigns and sequences for customer renewals and restarts • Responsible for handling direct incoming calls, emails, and leads through resolution in a timely manner • Enter detailed information for each customer interaction into the sales call tracking system, Salesforce • Enter Opportunities for each potential sale • Keep Opportunities and Pipeline updated at all times • Upsell new solutions to customers when opportunities arise • Maintain thorough knowledge of production schedule, product, pricing grid, and shipping prices • Ensure an accurate, timely process for maintaining customer account information and for closing pricing transactions • Continuously work with leadership to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results • Actively contribute to both the overall Sales Department and the Company objectives • Learn and thoroughly understand CeriFi products and services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of successful professional sales experience preferred
- Personable and enjoy calling prospective customers to talk with them about their Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
- Ability to learn new products and services quickly
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of PCs, Windows, Microsoft Office, Networks, and the Internet
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone for extended periods of time
- Ability to utilize effective selling skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
