Business Development Representative

Role Description We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help introduce Rep2x to sales leaders, founders, and revenue teams. - Identify and research target accounts (sales leaders, founders, and hiring managers) - Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn - Start conversations with prospects about improving their sales hiring process - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team - Maintain accurate records of activity in the CRM - Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting - Continuously improve outreach strategies through experimentation and feedback Qualifications - 0-3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or BDR role (or equivalent outbound experience) - Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting - Strong communication and listening skills - High level of resilience and coachability - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Requirements - Experience selling SaaS or sales technology (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (Nice to Have) - Experience using sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Seamless) (Nice to Have) Benefits - Work on a product that is reshaping how companies hire sales talent - Early-stage startup experience with real ownership and impact - Direct collaboration with leadership and product teams - Opportunity to grow into AE, partnerships, or leadership roles as the company scales

Job Requirements
