Role Description Victory Live is seeking a Business Development Manager to support revenue growth across sports, venues, and institutional partners. This role is responsible for developing and managing rightsholder relationships, supporting partnership expansion, and contributing to new partnership opportunities as part of Victory Live’s broader growth strategy. The ideal candidate has experience working with sports and entertainment organizations, understands ticketing and distribution dynamics, and is comfortable collaborating across internal teams to deliver long-term value for partners. This position will play a key role in Victory Live’s continued growth. Responsibilities - Develop and manage relationships with primary rightsholders, including teams, leagues, venues, and institutional partners - Drive partnership growth by identifying opportunities to expand inventory, optimize distribution, and increase platform adoption - Lead discovery conversations, presentations, and solution-oriented discussions with both current and prospective rightsholder partners - Support deal structuring, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership expansions - Own day-to-day relationship management, ensuring strong performance and long-term partner satisfaction - Partner with marketing to develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral that effectively communicate Victory Live’s value proposition - Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, account management, analytics, and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing execution - Track partnership activity, pipeline, and performance using HubSpot CRM and provide regular updates to leadership - Represent Victory Live at meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed Requirements - 5–8 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience within sports, entertainment, ticketing, or a related industry - Demonstrated experience working directly with primary rightsholders, including teams, leagues, venues, or governing organizations - Strong understanding of ticketing, distribution, and revenue optimization models - Experience with sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, or technology-driven solutions - Proven ability to support deal development and execution across the partnership lifecycle - Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Company Description Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company aimed at maximizing distribution and yield for live event ticket inventory. Job Requirements
