Position Summary Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, The Learning Experience Partner plays a key role in designing, curating, and delivering scalable learning experiences that support employee development and engagement. This role supports Careforth’s culture of learning and growth by creating, promoting, and delivering engaging learning materials, administering the learning management system (LMS), and supporting content delivery. This individual is also responsible for managing the company’s new hire onboarding programming. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity, instructional design, facilitation, and a learner-centric mindset to enable continuous personal and professional development across the workforce. What You Will Do - Design and develop engaging learning content, including microlearnings, eLearning courses, and content for live sessions that enable career development and support employee engagement - Deliver engaging classroom style programs to audiences at all levels of the organization - Administer and maintain the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS); provide end-user support and maintain analytics dashboard with regular reporting - Research, curate and organize learning content to support workforce development, training needs, and career pathways - Build polished and visually engaging presentations and training materials to support live and virtual learning sessions and discussion - Support new hire onboarding programming, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience - Facilitate live and virtual sessions that engage a wide audience - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend solutions - Support the ongoing evaluation of learning and engagement programming to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement - Research and recommend tools, platforms, and best practices for digital and blended learning - Develop communication and promotion strategies to increase utilization of learning programs - Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Bring - 7+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a virtual or hybrid work environment - Instructional design skills and experience working with digital authoring and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva) - Familiarity with adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies - Experience administering an LMS and supporting digital learning platforms - Strong skills in content curation and organizing learning resources for different audiences - Experience facilitating and presenting educational content to a broad audience - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; facilitation skills preferred - Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities You'll Benefit From At Careforth your well-being matters.
