SAP Security Consultant
Hitachi Digital Services
• The SAP Security Consultant will support SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations with a focus on security role design, configuration, testing, and deployment aligned to SAP best practices and Fiori UX. • You will work with client stakeholders to gather security role matrix requirements, configure and test roles, resolve security-related defects, and support User Acceptance Testing. • The role also supports SAP GRC activities, segregation of duties (SoD), user provisioning, compliance (including SOX), documentation, and cutover activities while collaborating with US-based and offshore delivery teams.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in implementing SAP security solutions
- Exposure to SAP security tools and best practice methodologies for defining security roles for SAP systems
- Experienced designing and implementing S/4HANA roles (Fiori/GUI)
- Experienced with implementing or supporting SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Analysis, Emergency Access)
- Experienced in defining SODs and provisioning users
- Experienced in supporting User Acceptance testing, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation, focusing on securing applications, databases, and ensuring compliance (SOX) with strong collaboration across business/IT teams.
- Prior working experience as a functional or technical SAP consultant
- Served in a Security team member role for at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SAP or similar ERP
- Prior consulting experience with a management or IT consulting firm
- Ability to work with onsite and remote project delivery models
- Experience working in the industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, or consumer products industries
- Bachelor’s degree
