Role Description The Offshore Assistant Controller supports the financial integrity and day-to-day accounting operations of a growing, luxury short-term rental portfolio. This role is responsible for executing core accounting functions including: - Reconciliations - Journal entries - Month-end close support - Revenue and expense validation - Financial reporting preparation Working closely with U.S.-based leadership, the Assistant Controller ensures timely, accurate, and organized financial data across multiple properties, bank accounts, and operating entities. Job Requirements
