• Design, implement, and continuously enhance IA’s global compliance program, ensuring alignment with applicable U.S., Canadian, and international regulatory requirements, with particular focus on operationalizing requirements for controlled data, technology transfers, licensing, reporting, and cross-border collaboration • Establish a cohesive compliance framework covering policies, procedures, governance, training, monitoring, and escalation • Serve as the primary compliance leader for IA, providing clear direction, prioritization, and risk based decision making • Lead IA’s compliance approach for highly regulated customer and technology environments, including U.S. export controls and nuclear regulatory regimes • Oversee compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations, including ITAR, EAR, CGP, and nuclear related requirements, across global operations • Provide practical, business oriented guidance on controlled data, technology transfers, cross border activities, and supplier engagement • Embed compliance requirements into engineering, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, and program execution, ensuring compliance is effectively and cohesively operationalized • Partner with IT to define and maintain technical and physical controls for sensitive or controlled data • Collaborate with the Corporate Compliance Centre of Excellence to ensure alignment with ATS Corporation’s global compliance frameworks, standards, and enterprise programs • Develop and maintain IA specific compliance policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate requirements • Conduct risk assessments, internal reviews, and compliance testing; identify gaps and lead remediation efforts • Establish metrics and reporting to provide senior leadership with clear visibility into compliance risk, trends, and program effectiveness • Design and deliver targeted compliance training for leadership, engineering, operations, supply chain, and support teams • Promote a strong compliance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and practical problem solving • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on navigating complex regulatory requirements

• Provide expert-level remote troubleshooting support for freeze dryer equipment via phone, email, and digital tools • Diagnose complex mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and control system issues • Support field service engineers during escalations and critical cases • Act as a primary escalation point for high-priority technical issues • Ensure timely resolution aligned with service response expectations • Collaborate with regional service teams to resolve customer issues efficiently • Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and service bulletins • Support training delivery for field service engineers and distributors

• Provides Subject Matter Expert oversight and opinion to support ATS’s business in key focus areas for nuclear (e.g., SMRs, PWRs, Fuel Fabrication). • Use technical knowledge of company's and/or industry technologies to lead the development of successful approaches to critical problems and broad design issues. • Participate and, where needed, lead the development of innovative programs to meet nuclear industry demand. • Provide technical direction, advice, and guidance to the engineering/design departments. • Provide engineering support to solve problems and advance innovation including providing conceptual and detail designs, performing calculations and analysis, providing evaluation, and defining and participating in testing. • Support nuclear projects by participating in design reviews and providing solutions to complex problems. • Assess new technology to meet anticipated customer requirements. • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic third-party suppliers to develop next-generation tools and products.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing of lab consumables (reagents, disposables, PPE, and small lab tools), including requisition review, RFQs, purchase order creation, and order expediting • Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and maintain a preferred supplier list • Monitor inventory levels and usage trends; establish and maintain min/max levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory • Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data including item master, pricing, lead times, and contract information • Track supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives • Conduct spend analysis by category, supplier, and site to identify consolidation, standardization, and cost reduction opportunities • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to standardize specifications, define critical spare strategies, and balance service levels with inventory cost • Track and report procurement savings, total cost of ownership improvements, and KPI metrics including supplier count, contract coverage, and compliance to preferred sourcing • Own design, documentation, and reporting of supply chain internal controls over financial reporting (SOX compliance) • Coordinate and support walkthroughs of supply chain processes with internal stakeholders and internal/external auditors • Provide documentation, data extracts, and evidence from ERP systems to support audit testing • Maintain and update SOX control documentation including risk/control matrices, process narratives, and flowcharts • Ensure compliance across purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and accounts payable processes

• Own and drive global revenue growth across the aseptic and non aseptic lyophilization portfolio • Define and execute the global commercial strategy for lyophilization systems • Serve as a senior commercial and technical authority across non-aseptic and aseptic filling and lyophilization • Lead the sale of fully integrated system solutions • Apply practical knowledge of GAMP 5, computerized systems, and validation expectations • Build, qualify, and actively manage a robust global pipeline • Personally engage senior customer stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and executive leadership • Lead and develop a team of lyophilization commercial based subject matter experts • Partner cross functionally with engineering, product management, project management, manufacturing, and service teams • Maintain a strong understanding of biologics, vaccines, small molecule injectables, and sterile drug products • Continuously assess competitive landscape positioning and identify evolving market needs • Support and enable regional sales teams globally • Represent the organization at key industry forums, customer workshops, and strategic engagements.

• Proactively develop, standardize and optimize controlling and finance processes, consistently leveraging SAP standard processes. • Lead and actively participate in internal projects, including the further development of profit center accounting and project controlling. • Act as the subject-matter interface and work closely with Accounting, business units and management. • Prepare ad hoc analyses and decision-making materials for executive management. • Prepare company planning and rolling forecasts, including plan/actual, forecast/actual and variance analyses for the group. • Enhance reports, KPI systems and analyses to support company management. • SAP-based controlling in the area of projects.
