Role Description The Delivery Coordinator is an entry-level role that provides administrative support to Delivery Managers in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, specifically around resourcing, project and financial tracking and status reporting. The Delivery Coordinator executes defined operational project tasks and contributes to ensuring a smooth delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse software to customers. - Maintain resource plans and allocations in Kantata to ensure accurate resource availability and revenue forecasting. - Be responsible for managing project administration elements in the Kantata system such as project set-ups, timecards, budgets, project milestone tracking and invoicing. - Coordinate, compile and maintain project updates in the RAID log and be accountable for generating reports to understand project health, risks and timelines. - In collaboration with the Delivery Manager and Solution Architect, plan and coordinate sprint activities. - Accurately track project budgets and keep Delivery Manager informed at all times. Elevate potential risks proactively. - Generate complete and accurate invoices and keep track of invoices issued/paid and overdue payment. - Assist to manage project scope by ensuring all sprint feedback is categorized and tracked. Ensure changes go through the appropriate change control process. - Ensure timecards are submitted and approved on time. - Liaise with Delivery Managers and internal teams to proactively escalate issues, provide and exchange information on projects and customers, answer administrative queries and follow-up on stakeholder requests. Qualifications - College level or bachelor’s degree in a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in administration, operations support, project management administration or customer service. - Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Resourceful self-starter who can think critically and apply sound judgment. - Comfortable working with large data sets and financial documents such as budgets and/or project timelines. - Able to present and communicate information in a clear, concise, and professional manner. - Strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships and demonstrate a customer focus. Requirements - Proficiency with MS Office tools particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with project management software an asset.
