The Role: We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Client Success Manager to join the Entera team in the single-family residential (SFR) real estate space. This team provides hands-on support to our investor clients, dramatically improving their capability and scale in property discovery, underwriting, comping, and decision-making using Entera's state-of-the-art technology across acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management strategy. You will be responsible for profiling and refining investment goals, driving both acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of our investor clients, and ensuring they extract maximum value from the Entera platform. What You'll Do: - Lead daily interactions with clients regarding asset performance, current market conditions, and platform utilization. - Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, leading internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). - Develop strategic plans that help clients reach their capital deployment, acquisition, and disposition targets. - Lead efforts in managing external relationships for newly onboarded clients. - Deliver weekly performance insights and monthly market reports to advise clients on strategies for efficient operations. - Proactively identify upcoming client capacity constraints and utilize data to uncover new opportunities. - Serve as a primary product expert, teaching clients how to operate more self-sufficiently on the Entera platform and suggesting the best tools for their specific needs. - Oversee and perform quality control on Broker Price Opinion (BPO) processes, generating weekly activity reports on Dispositions listings. Who You Are: - 4+ years in real estate, client success, account management, or a related field with a strong track record of managing and expanding external B2B relationships. - Expertise in real estate valuation, with a strong preference for experience in the single-family residential (SFR) space. - Proven experience navigating complex processes within larger organizations to drive performance improvements and meet client goals across multiple stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to lead small teams to execute against strategic goals and tight deadlines. - A natural ability to anticipate hurdles and proactively resolve problems both internally and externally. - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a heavy focus on nurturing long-term, external-facing relationships.
