• Lead operational planning and execution for regulatory product and workflow launches across multiple jurisdictions. • Partner with engineering, data, operations, and customer support teams to implement regulatory initiatives and compliance processes. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and operational readiness. • Maintain project documentation, operational plans, and status tracking for regulatory initiatives. • Serve as a subject matter resource for internal teams on regulatory products and operational workflows. • Monitor and manage ongoing compliance activities tied to short-term rental regulations. • Support host retention initiatives by identifying operational improvements and addressing regulatory challenges. • Manage and triage internal and external inquiries related to regulatory workflows and compliance processes. • Advocate for the host experience while balancing operational and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, product operations, program management, or project management.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams such as engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Trust & RFP Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on responding to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests, working closely with internal teams to clearly communicate our security posture. You will also support broader governance, risk, and compliance efforts across the organization, helping to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal policies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, Risk Management, or Business Administration. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. - A Master's degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus. - Proven experience 3-5 years working in a GRC or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry such as Technology, finance, or healthcare. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc. - Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks, and control frameworks. - Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Information - Compensation Range: $60,000-$90,000. - The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. - This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. - The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations. - Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements. - This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
