Role Description We are looking for an experienced program manager to join our Go-To-Market & Planning organization, reporting to the GTM, Principal Program Manager. This role will be partnering closely with regional, campaign, and LOB leaders to launch in our international markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management supporting stakeholders in launching in international markets. - Organize, plan, and track new and ongoing cross-functional GTM projects and launches. - Lead all aspects of the day-to-day progress of projects and initiatives with regard to schedule, scope, process, and meeting facilitation. - Proactive in following up on action items, identifying risks and establishing mitigation paths in collaboration with internal and external partners. - Serve as a key liaison with relevant business groups to facilitate planning and collaboration between teams to align, identify dependencies and effectively communicate regular updates to all stakeholders. - Effectively communicate regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Provides data driven recommendations and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. We are considering applicants open to US-Remote who are willing to work IST hours. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience program management in GTM, marketing, or product. - Experience working with globally distributed teams. - Must be self-motivating, self-sufficient, and have the strong ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team. - Comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments, with a bias for action and sense of urgency. - Strong attention to detail, program oversight skills, and ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes across multiple concurrent GTM projects.
