Role Description We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Delivery Analyst to support a high-visibility federal client by translating mission and operational needs into scalable SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. In this role, you will guide initiatives from requirements discovery through agile delivery and operational sustainment, partnering with client leadership, product stakeholders, and development teams to deliver modern collaboration and automation capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, agile delivery, and low-code solution development, and plays a critical part in helping organizations modernize workflows, improve knowledge management, and accelerate mission outcomes. (No relocation assistance provided) Clearance Requirements - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation. - USA Citizenship (required) Responsibilities - Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, operational challenges, and opportunities for process improvement. - Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze current workflows and design improved business processes and solution approaches. - Develop supporting artifacts including: - business process diagrams - workflow documentation - user journeys - requirements traceability - Partner with product and technical leadership to prioritize backlog items aligned with mission and roadmap objectives. - Provide ongoing clarification of requirements and business rules to development teams during delivery cycles. Delivery & Backlog Management - Facilitate agile team ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Maintain a well-groomed backlog that reflects evolving stakeholder priorities and roadmap goals. - Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across initiatives. - Partner with contractor and client leadership to support roadmap execution and communicate delivery status. - Promote agile best practices and continuously improve team processes and backlog management standards. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement - Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate delivery metrics, backlog health, and operational insights. - Analyze service and backlog data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide regular reporting to leadership on initiative status and delivery performance. - Identify opportunities to leverage low-code platforms and automation to improve business operations. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the performance, reliability, and lifecycle value of critical assets across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. You will work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure alignment between asset strategies and broader business objectives. - Lead the formulation and deployment of enterprise asset management strategies specific to midstream assets—pipelines, dehydration stations, compressor stations, condensate and gas processing facilities. - Oversee the configuration, governance, and ongoing enhancement of EAM platforms (IBM Maximo), ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with engineering and integrity teams to support pipeline integrity programs, including data integration for inline inspections (ILI), risk assessments, and corrosion management. - Develop and refine maintenance strategies based on asset criticality, leveraging predictive and condition-based maintenance to improve uptime and reduce operational risk. - Ensure maintenance and asset strategies are aligned with PHMSA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory bodies, support audit readiness and documentation. - Lead the design and implementation of standardized EAM practices aligned with corporate asset performance and reliability goals across all facilities. - Drive planning and execution across all stages of asset lifecycle—acquisition, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning. - Lead the creation and governance of asset master data including hierarchies, classifications, and maintenance plans; ensure alignment with EQT Digital Work Environment “DWE” standards. - Act as a liaison between field operations, construction, engineering, IT, supply chain, and finance to ensure EAM strategies are integrated and deliver business value. - Contribute to mid- and long-term capital and O&M planning by providing insights into asset conditions, performance trends, and replacement needs. - Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs relevant to midstream operations, such as pipeline downtime, leak detection response, maintenance backlog, and MTTR (mean time to repair). - Coordinate with SCADA and operations control teams to ensure that asset strategies support operational safety, availability, and system throughput. - Support training initiatives for field staff and maintenance planners to drive user adoption and EAM system proficiency.
