Role Description We are seeking a fully remote HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across a wide range of Human Resources functions. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a multi-state workforce of both onsite and remote employees within the ABA field. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns - Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and corrective action - Support investigations and documentation related to employee relations matters - Complete payroll audits and serve as the primary backup for payroll processing when the Sr. HR Coordinator is out - Coordinate ADA accommodations and ensure compliance with applicable laws - Support workers’ compensation claims and ongoing case management - Recruit high-level clinical, administrative, and leadership positions, including: - Posting jobs - Sourcing candidates - Coordinating interviews - Communicating offers and follow-ups for candidates not selected - Support policy and handbook updates - Review insurance invoices - Answer benefits questions from employees - Review turnover and exit survey data, providing monthly summaries to leadership - Manage performance review reminders, processing, and drafting compensation statements - Review completed measurement periods for new hires for insurance eligibility - Maintain the employee recognition system (Awardco) - File and maintain employee records as needed - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records - Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed and perform other HR duties as assigned - Support other areas when team members are out of the office such as onboarding, payroll, leave processing, status changes, resignations, etc. Compensation & Schedule - Fully remote position, supporting employees in Utah, South Dakota, and other remote locations - Occasional travel to Utah 1-2 times per year to meet with the HR team; all travel costs covered by Possibilities - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours within 8:00am-6:00pm MST - Option to work longer days Monday-Thursday and take a half-day on Fridays - Full-time, 40 hours per week - Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits - Opportunities for career growth and advancement - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Employee recognition and rewards programs - Medical Insurance Contributions - Additional voluntary group insurance options including: - Dental - Vision - Short-term disability - Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, and AD&D - Accident Insurance - Pet Insurance - Discounted mobile phone plans Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions - Hands-on experience with payroll, employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, recruiting, workers compensation, and compliance - Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment - Strong attention to detail and time management skills Preferred Qualifications - HR experience within the ABA field or prior professional experience working in an ABA setting - Experience supporting a multi-state workforce
