Role Description As a Medical Administrative Senior Representative, you will play a meaningful role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring contracts, credentials, and documentation are accurate, compliant, and well-coordinated. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and enjoys being a trusted partner to leaders and stakeholders. - Maintain agency data, IDs, compliance requirements, and reporting to support business and regulatory needs. - Strengthen onboarding and documentation workflows by coordinating communication, records, and required materials across teams. - Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external partners, building trust through timely and clear communication. - Support leaders and cross-functional teams by managing information flow, escalating non-routine issues appropriately, and helping resolve barriers. - Maintain SharePoint sites and archived records to ensure information is easy to access, well-organized, and compliant with standards. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with care, integrity, and discretion. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical or operational support experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. - Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data and document accuracy. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing when escalation is needed. - Professional presence with a customer-focused mindset. Requirements - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - Experience supporting leaders or cross-functional teams (preferred). - Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration (preferred). - Familiarity with credentialing, contract, compliance documentation, or regulated environments (preferred). - Experience managing records, reports, or audit-related documentation (preferred).
