This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both digital marketing operations and AI/automation systems. You will help architect the tools, SOPs, training programs, and workflows that allow the agency to scale efficiently using agentic systems—while ensuring marketing strategy, brand quality, and client results remain strong. Key Responsibilities - Help design and operationalize an agentic marketing delivery model across the agency. - Evaluate, select, and implement AI tools, agents, and workflow automations across marketing services. - Build scalable SOPs, internal playbooks, and QA frameworks for AI-enabled marketing workflows. - Identify opportunities where AI can increase speed, efficiency, and output quality across marketing operations. - Train and upskill internal teams on AI tools, automation systems, and new workflows. - Partner with leadership on offer development, service packaging, and AI-driven delivery strategies. - Ensure strong team adoption and operational integration of new systems. - Bridge strategy, execution, and internal enablement across marketing and delivery teams. - Maintain strong human oversight, brand quality, and client-facing excellence in all AI-supported workflows.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven or agentic workflows within a marketing agency, marketing team, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing systems, including content marketing, paid media, SEO, CRO, CRM platforms, automation tools, and reporting systems.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow orchestration systems.
- Demonstrated ability to train teams and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to design systems and execute implementation.
