Role Description This position is remote, though expected travel to support customers and business needs is approximately 35%. The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer relationships. This role involves: - Answering customer inquiries - Processing orders - Handling returns - Promoting heavy equipment parts The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and in-depth product knowledge. Qualifications - Preferred 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry - Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred college degree - Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and relationship building abilities - Strong customer service and communication skills - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and order processing systems - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Requirements - This position has no supervisory responsibilities Company Description
