Manager, Cardiology

• Responsible for clinic supervision and site of care operations within the Cardiology clinics of Central Washington, Montana, and Alaska • Responsible for the identification of future opportunities for growth, as well as, the development and growth of new and existing sites • Establishes, implements, and supports operational standards and best practices within the Ambulatory clinic setting • Ensures safe, efficient, cost effective care is provided to patients and families • Develops and promotes strategic regional relationships throughout the South Sound region • In conjunction with the Division Chiefs and Director, is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Heart Center and Ambulatory Services

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical major
  • Minimum two years of management experience in clinical operations
  • Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in health care or business related field
  • Experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting
  • Five or more years recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership role.
