Role Description This is not a traditional 9-to-5 admin job. This is close-proximity support for a fast-moving operator working across growth, M&A, and advisory. We are looking for a true "force multiplier"—someone with high standards who can thrive in a high-pace environment where the expectation is that you think, not just execute. Qualifications - Loyal and Discreet: You will have access to sensitive business information and strategic conversations; discretion is the baseline. - Self-Directed: You organize your own day and prioritize intelligently without being micromanaged or chased. - Elite Communicator: Your written and verbal English must be excellent as you will correspond with founders and executives on behalf of the business. - Calm Under Pressure: You adapt to shifting priorities without drama and thrive in "structured chaos". - Tech-Forward: You are genuinely curious about AI and willing to learn how to use AI tools, automations, and modern workflows. Requirements - Google Workspace & Microsoft 365: Confident and fluent in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Word, and Excel. - CRM: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or the ability to learn contact and pipeline management fast. - AI Tools: Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is non-negotiable. - Logistics: Confidence managing multi-timezone logistics and professional platforms like Slack and Zoom. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Inbox Management: Filing, sorting, and responding to ensure the Principal only deals with what is essential. - Operational Liaison: Dealing with vendors, solicitors, and accountants on the Principal's behalf. - Sales Support: Qualifying prospects, booking discovery calls, and following up on leads to keep the pipeline moving. - Client Experience: Overhauling onboarding to create "WOW" moments and gathering client case studies. - Financial Administration: Managing invoicing, chasing overdue payments, and organizing expenses for the bookkeeper. Benefits - Strategic Exposure: Gain direct experience in the world of M&A, business growth, and high-level advisory. - Autonomy: Enjoy a "zero-micromanagement" environment where you are trusted to own your desk and your schedule. - Future-Proofing: Work in an environment that prioritizes the use of AI tools, automations, and modern workflows. - Professional Evolution: This role is designed to grow; as the business scales, the right person will take on more responsibility and receive increased rewards. - Competitive Salary Package: A competitive monthly retainer (Total Cost to Company) reflective of the high-level nature of this partnership.
