Regional Sales Manager

Role Description Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Nivel brand portfolio of products and services through successful completion of sales training; utilize knowledge to successfully sell Nivel products to new and existing customers in the assigned Territory. - Looking for someone who ideally lives in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama territory. Can work remote but willing to travel to visit our dealer network in this region. - Focus on building lasting relationships with Personal Use Vehicle Dealers to ensure they have the product, parts, and accessories needed to successfully operate and keep their customers happy. - Manage assigned B2B customer territory by prioritizing customer visits to capitalize on sales and gross profit. - Work closely with business development team to maximize selling time in the field; 60-70% of time in the field calling on dealers. - Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. - Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and Accounts Receivable) to promote sales for new and existing customers. - Continuously manage administrative functions to ensure quality and timeliness of information and product. - Produce sales activity and performance reports, analyzing report data to project trends and build forecasts. - Maintain complete client and prospect database for the assigned territory. - Effectively communicate, written and verbally, with management, inside sales members and customers. - Attend conferences and professional association meetings in order to keep up to date with industry competitors, and promote Nivel product solutions and brands. Qualifications - Golf cart or powersports product/sales experience is a plus. - Aftermarket products sales is a plus. - Willingness to travel each month. - Time management and organization. - Outstanding interpersonal skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
