Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Aerospace) - 7–10 years of experience in O&M, Renewable Energy, Aircraft Maintenance, or BESS sectors - Strong analytical and diagnostic skills applied to technical system performance - Experience with continuous improvement and structured problem-solving (Lean, RCA, Six Sigma) - Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives with measurable outcomes - Strong communication, executive level presentation skills, project management, and change management capability - Must be willing and able to travel 10-20% mainly domestic (international occasionally) Requirements - M.S.
