Role Description Javitch Block LLC is looking for a full-time Texas Associate Attorney who will work remotely out of their home office, preferably in the Dallas or Houston area. This individual will: - Manage case files to formulate next course of action. - Represent the firm and its clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. - Travel as required. Qualifications - One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields preferred. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience creating persuasive communications materials. - Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action, and determine next steps. - Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team. - Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Requirements - Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.). - TX license required. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
