Role Description We are seeking a skilled experienced attorney to join our legal team to provide assistance and support for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: - Supporting the Company with mergers and acquisitions, transactions, general contracting support for vendors, or other corporate agreements. - Working closely with the General Counsel and senior leaders of the Company to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support for corporate transactions. - Ensuring that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations while aligning with the Company’s policies and strategic goals. Position Responsibilities - Contract drafting and negotiation: Draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents for day-to-day operations and in relation to any Company transaction. - Due diligence: Conduct legal diligence for any target company to identify potential legal risks, liabilities, and other issues that could impact the deal. - Deal structuring and advice: Provide strategic advice to the General Counsel and the Company on the most beneficial structure for a transaction. - Regulatory compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. - Transaction management: Manage the end-to-end legal aspects of a transaction, serving as the central point of contact for all parties involved.
