• Tech & Operations: Contract Management: You maintain and optimize our digital contract management system and ensure clean metadata. • Process Optimization: You support the creation and maintenance of standard templates, playbooks and self-service tools for other departments. • Workflow Design: You help structure legal requests and automate administrative processes. • Knowledge Management: You ensure our legal knowledge (wiki, intranet) is always up to date and discoverable for all stakeholders. • General Legal Support: Research: You conduct research on interesting questions in IT law, data protection (GDPR), copyright law and general civil law. • Review: You assist with the review of simple non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and service provider contracts. • Support: You support the team with day-to-day tasks and in preparing training sessions.

Role Overview Kubicki Draper is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in the Pensacola office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in General Liability and insurance defense. An Alabama license is a plus!

• Develop, lead, and/or participate in policy advocacy at the local, regional, state, and federal level • Collaborate and coordinate with DRC's Legislative and Communications Unit • Identify and participate in key internal and external stakeholder workgroups and/or committees • Prepare and/or coordinate training materials, publications, reports, or special projects • Represent individual clients in negotiations, mediations, administrative proceedings, and/or judicial proceedings • Mentor attorneys, fellows, and/or interns on public policy work • Participate in other duties as assigned
