Kubicki Draper
Role Overview Kubicki Draper is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in the Pensacola office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in General Liability and insurance defense. An Alabama license is a plus!
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic background with a J.D. degree
- Demonstrated strength in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
- Commitment to providing excellent client service
- Strong organizational abilities with effective communication skills
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS Word, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently
- Draft, review, and manage essential pleadings and motions, and respond to discovery requests
- Engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
