Role Description As a Software Implementation Senior Consultant on our Contract Analytics module on the Decision Support (DS) team, you will be an expert at implementing the Contract Analytics suite of our software, StrataJazz®. Decision Support is rated #1 in KLAS and is known as the “gold standard” for understanding cost and margins. You will partner directly with and provide guidance to key team members and executive stakeholders at the largest health systems in the world. - Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, specific to Contract Modeling for payor agreements with healthcare providers across the country. - Implementation includes: - Configuring user requirements - Building and validating payor contract models - Validating system functionality - Building reports - Developing workflows - Testing key features of the software - Help clients define their business and technical requirements for StrataJazz® and work with clients as a trusted advisor to implement best practices in: - Payor contract modeling - Contract compliance analytics - Charge master analytics - Collaborate with Strata's Technical and Engineering Teams to ensure the product is aligned with client’s needs. - Lead onsite and web-based client training to ensure clients understand specific features and functions related to StrataJazz®. - Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, project managers, and executives on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively. - Meaningfully contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to continue to scale operations and continually improve our level of service to clients. - Work in an Agile environment and learn one of the most widely used and effective methodologies for building and implementing high quality, feature-rich software. Qualifications - Experience building payor models with hospitals and/or physician practices is required. - Experience with creating “what-if” scenarios and building reports and dashboards is preferred. - Experience with Managed Care, payor/provider contract modeling, payor negotiations, and Medicare reimbursement. - Experience leading clients through complex projects with a focus on timeline and budget. - Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization in a clear and articulate way. - Advanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements). - Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20–35%. • Track and interpret German power system policies, grid upgrade requirements, energy storage integration standards, and dispatch rules. • Identify grid-side energy storage application scenarios (peak shaving, frequency regulation, reserve, black start) and deliver Germany Power Grid & Energy Storage Research Reports. • Research and address key technical challenges of grid-connected energy storage, including grid-forming control, virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technologies, and energy storage participation in ancillary services (AGC/AVC). • Develop a technical roadmap for energy storage and grid integration, defining short-, medium-, and long-term implementation paths (grid stability, ancillary services, VPP aggregation). • Design grid connection schemes for grid-side and renewable-plus-storage projects, including connection point selection, capacity configuration, protection schemes, and communication design, in compliance with German grid operator requirements. • Perform grid connection and system impact simulations using PSCAD/EMTDC, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or PSSE, and deliver Grid Connection Simulation Reports. • Support grid connection approval processes by participating in technical reviews, responding to grid operator inquiries, and resolving technical issues. • Design coordination and dispatch strategies for energy storage participation in grid frequency regulation and peak shaving, defining key operational parameters and response requirements. • Analyze operational data from existing energy storage plants, identify grid-related performance constraints, and propose technical optimization measures. • Research and design source-grid-load-storage coordination strategies, integrating energy storage with PV, wind, and conventional generation to improve renewable utilization and grid reliability.

• Monitor and interpret regulatory and market developments in Germany and Europe, including spot, forward, and ancillary service markets; deliver Policy Interpretation & Impact Analysis Reports. • Analyze power supply–demand dynamics, price volatility, renewable generation patterns, and relevant inputs (weather, load forecasts, clearing results) to identify trading opportunities. • Research and benchmark innovative energy storage commercialization models (e.g. aggregation/VPP, capacity leasing, green power linkage). • Develop annual and quarterly medium- and long-term trading strategies, as well as day-ahead and intraday spot trading approaches, aligned with asset characteristics and risk thresholds. • Design and maintain energy storage revenue and risk models, using Python, BI tools, or equivalent analytical platforms. • Support internal teams with spot market declarations, ancillary service bidding, and dynamic strategy adjustments in response to market changes. • Manage transaction data end-to-end and deliver monthly and annual trading performance reports. • Organize transaction reviews, benchmarking analyses, and optimization initiatives. • Provide input to forecasting and algorithm teams to improve price and load prediction accuracy. • Deliver targeted training and contribute to internal SOPs, strategy templates, and knowledge documentation. • Maintain professional collaboration with key market stakeholders (e.g. power exchanges, TSOs/DSOs, aggregators, project owners) and support contract execution where required.

• Serve as a high-impact, client-facing specialist responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex monday.com Work OS solutions. • Act as a senior functional and configuration expert, translating intricate client business needs into optimized workspaces, boards, and automations. • Lead clients through the entire project lifecycle-from scoping and blueprinting to implementation and AI-driven optimization. • Ensure robust data architecture, adoption metrics, and ethical application of generative AI features across multiple departments. • Directly improve client operational efficiency, workflow automation, and overall ROI.
