• Track and interpret German power system policies, grid upgrade requirements, energy storage integration standards, and dispatch rules. • Identify grid-side energy storage application scenarios (peak shaving, frequency regulation, reserve, black start) and deliver Germany Power Grid & Energy Storage Research Reports. • Research and address key technical challenges of grid-connected energy storage, including grid-forming control, virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technologies, and energy storage participation in ancillary services (AGC/AVC). • Develop a technical roadmap for energy storage and grid integration, defining short-, medium-, and long-term implementation paths (grid stability, ancillary services, VPP aggregation). • Design grid connection schemes for grid-side and renewable-plus-storage projects, including connection point selection, capacity configuration, protection schemes, and communication design, in compliance with German grid operator requirements. • Perform grid connection and system impact simulations using PSCAD/EMTDC, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or PSSE, and deliver Grid Connection Simulation Reports. • Support grid connection approval processes by participating in technical reviews, responding to grid operator inquiries, and resolving technical issues. • Design coordination and dispatch strategies for energy storage participation in grid frequency regulation and peak shaving, defining key operational parameters and response requirements. • Analyze operational data from existing energy storage plants, identify grid-related performance constraints, and propose technical optimization measures. • Research and design source-grid-load-storage coordination strategies, integrating energy storage with PV, wind, and conventional generation to improve renewable utilization and grid reliability.

• Monitor and interpret regulatory and market developments in Germany and Europe, including spot, forward, and ancillary service markets; deliver Policy Interpretation & Impact Analysis Reports. • Analyze power supply–demand dynamics, price volatility, renewable generation patterns, and relevant inputs (weather, load forecasts, clearing results) to identify trading opportunities. • Research and benchmark innovative energy storage commercialization models (e.g. aggregation/VPP, capacity leasing, green power linkage). • Develop annual and quarterly medium- and long-term trading strategies, as well as day-ahead and intraday spot trading approaches, aligned with asset characteristics and risk thresholds. • Design and maintain energy storage revenue and risk models, using Python, BI tools, or equivalent analytical platforms. • Support internal teams with spot market declarations, ancillary service bidding, and dynamic strategy adjustments in response to market changes. • Manage transaction data end-to-end and deliver monthly and annual trading performance reports. • Organize transaction reviews, benchmarking analyses, and optimization initiatives. • Provide input to forecasting and algorithm teams to improve price and load prediction accuracy. • Deliver targeted training and contribute to internal SOPs, strategy templates, and knowledge documentation. • Maintain professional collaboration with key market stakeholders (e.g. power exchanges, TSOs/DSOs, aggregators, project owners) and support contract execution where required.

• Serve as a high-impact, client-facing specialist responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex monday.com Work OS solutions. • Act as a senior functional and configuration expert, translating intricate client business needs into optimized workspaces, boards, and automations. • Lead clients through the entire project lifecycle-from scoping and blueprinting to implementation and AI-driven optimization. • Ensure robust data architecture, adoption metrics, and ethical application of generative AI features across multiple departments. • Directly improve client operational efficiency, workflow automation, and overall ROI.

• Design and deliver practical, instructor-led training (virtual and/or in-person) for: • Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) • Project Managers (PMs) • Deliver high-engagement virtual instructor-led training (VILT) that incorporates interactive exercises, breakout facilitation, and scenario-based learning. • Review and assess existing intake documentation and requirements artifacts for clarity, completeness, and usability. • Develop or tailor lightweight tools, templates, and checklists aligned to the client’s intake and delivery lifecycle. • Support definition of intake readiness standards that enable consistent handoff into delivery. • Provide practical guidance and job aids to professionals performing BA-like functions in addition to their primary roles (BRMs/PMs). • Collaborate with client stakeholders across IT leadership, BRM teams, PM teams, and application development teams to align requirements outputs to delivery expectations. • Define and apply lightweight measures to assess training effectiveness and adoption.
