Role Description Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a part-time, fully remote Occupational Therapist to provide virtual services to pediatric clients. This is a non-exempt position scheduled for two 8-hour days (9:00am–6:00pm PST). Candidates must be able to consistently work these hours. Position Responsibilities - Conduct virtual evaluations using standardized assessment tools - Provide teletherapy services to pediatric clients - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Complete evaluation reports and maintain timely, accurate SOAP documentation - Provide caregiver consultation and education - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate - Potential future supervision of a COTA, if applicable Qualifications - Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy - Current, active California Occupational Therapy license in good standing (or eligible) - Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience preferred - Teletherapy experience strongly preferred - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills Requirements - This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position - Caseload will align with scheduled work hours and may vary based on client needs Benefits - 401(k) matching - Company parties - Employee discounts - Training & development - Wellness resources - Simple IRA Retirement Plan - Paid Sick Leave - Continuing Education reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Discount Perks Program - Mileage Reimbursement (when applicable)
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Current, active California Occupational Therapy license in good standing (or eligible)
